NYC Rules on Language Services and Rights

For our records, New York City law requires us to request your language preference. Please contact us to advise us about your language preference. Please note that, as permitted by New York City law, we may not service your account in your preferred language. The following language access services may be available upon request: (1) Spanish translations of written communications; and (2) Spanish-speaking representatives. A translation and description of commonly-used debt collection terms is available in multiple languages on the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs’ website, www.nyc.gov/dcwp.
